Larry McClellan has been an educator for over three decades.
He graduated from Michigan State University and received his
Master’s Degree from Indiana University in Elementary Education.
During Larry’s thirty years of teaching reading to his students, he
noticed how very helpful learning word patterns were to his students.
Since Mr. McClellan enjoyed writing poetry, he combined sound
patterns in highlighted words with an enjoyable poetic verse in an
entertaining storybook genre.
Larry also loves to teach science and as of the publication of this book,
he not only teaches middle school science in Columbus, Indiana, but has
also written another book called McWizKid Science. This other book has
over sixty-five exciting experiments that will stimulate the natural curiosity
